Pk'd Meat Casserole Delight
   Game caught and cleaned by yours truly, the Jeckyl.
However, not responsible for the flavor of the game,
since some of these people running around here just
arent that savory.
 
 
1/2 link of your favorite sausage(i prefer a spicy beef)
1 frozen bag of 'Roasted vegetables'...comes w/ a season packet
1/4 bag frozen peas(green giant the best)
1/4 bag frozen corn(again, green giant)
1/2 large onion diced the size of the potatoes in the
     roasted vegi bag.(vidalias are delicious)
 
If cannot located a roasted vegi bag, potatoes, carrots,
string beans will do. Seasoning would be to taste:
garlic/salt/pepper/season-all.
 
Preheat oven to 350degrees. In a large casserole dish,
coat bottom w/ your favorite oil(olive oil is my choice).
Add all ingredients and seasoning packet. Pour just a little
oil over the top and then stir, trying to coat all the
food. Place in oven and bake for approx 25 to 35 minutes.
Stir at least once halfway thru.
 
btw, the sausage should be cut up, for ease of delievery
I preferred keeping my prey in large pieces. Figured I'd
just cut them up later.
