Stuffed Chicken Breasts with Gravy 2C of water
2-3 Pieces of chicken
1 carrot - cut up
1 potato - cut up
1 celery stalk - cut up
1 tbsp of chicken base soup mix.
 

Pound Chicken breast flat, season with salt and pepper.   Stuff with fried
onion, celery, bread cubes, and shredded apple(optional).  Can also be
replaced with just ordinary stuffing.  Roll chicken up and secure with
toothpicks.  Bake in covered casserole with 2C of water for 1/2 hour at 350
degrees farenheit.  Serve with gravy.
