Honey pecan pork chops   1-1 1/4 pounds thin boneless pork chops 1/2 cup flour salt and pepper 2 tbsp butter (or more) 1/4 cup honey (or more) 1/4 cup chopped pecans   pound pork chops thin, dredge thru flour/salt/pepper mixed together. in large skillet melt butter and cook chops. drain on paper towels. you might need to keep adding butter to keep chops from burning, mix honey and pecans into the pan drippings. heat through stirring constantly....I always end up using more honey...I just keep squeezing it in til it looks "right". add chops to honey/pecan mixture and coat them. these are absolutely wonderful...my kids love em and when the chops are gone they like just eating the honey/pecan mixture out of the pan!
